INSTRUCTIONS

• Colleague, we ask you follow the next indications:
  1. Enter your complete data without abbreviations, these will be used to develop the certificates for attendees and speakers.
  2. Keep an homogeneous format. Do not write your data completely in capital letters. Incorrect example: THOMAS A. ANDERSON; correct example: Thomas A. Anderson.
  3. Once your payment is received, your invoice will be digitally generated only if you previously asked for it at the registration.
  4. If the online application process is successful, the system will provide you with a registration number and a registration form. If you have any question about this process, please send us an email to amfem2024@gmail.com. If you do again the registration it will double.
  5. Check if your data is correct. It will be used to generate the certificates and once they are captured there will be no corrections.
  6. All the certificates will be digital (PDF) and will be able to download on June 22th 2024 from the congress website with your email and the registration number (only confirmed requests).
  7. Once this application is complete you can make your payment by credit card, bank transfer or deposit, being so you must send your proof of payment and registration form to amfem2024@gmail.com, having as a deadline on May 29st, 2024.
  8. Finally, print the format with your registration number. It will be required for any future clarification.
